Went for a luncheon. Our waitress was Nikki, she was very friendly and helpful with our ordering. The food was done quickly and it was delicious. Definitely will be back again.

Always known about Bertucci's, and always avoided them. Not because of anything they did or I heard, but rather I always saw they were super expensive, and I just didn't think they were worth it. Long story short, there was a holiday party down the hall from my office at work and they had ordered from Bertucci's and offered up what was leftover. Even being lukewarm and having been sitting around for a while, the pizza was banging. A sweet sauce and good quality texture. I still don't know if I'd go on my own, as again, they are really expensive, but if it was this good having sat around for a couple hours I almost owe it to myself to have a hot fresh one at least once.

Stopped here for lunch before heading into the airport. The food came out fast and it was great. We got the pizza sample, and spinach artichoke dip and both were great. Service was fast and friendly and we got in and out in 45mins which was perfect cause we didn't have a lot of time before our flight. The pizza was my favorite and would get it again! Also free bread with olive oil!

Friendly and quick service, I had salad and Chicken parm/lunch menu. My flight got cancelled at TFGreen next door here. So since I couldn't check in with suitcase yet- I couldn't eat at airport because my suitcase was too big for the TSA scanners. So a nice agent told me about Bertucci's A Narragansett beer and good food made up for the American Airlines plane leaking hydraulic fluid. Cheers!

Our experience at this Bertucci's was very good. We arrived just as the weekday lunch crowd was showing up. The hostess stand was empty, but someone showed up in short order. We had a choice of booth or table and were seated right away. The hostess who sat us was also our waitress. She did a very good job throughout our visit to vocalize what she was doing. For example she told us "I'll go get some rolls and oil for you while you look over the menu" and "I'll take care of that right after I seat these people waiting at the hostess stand". She checked in many times throughout the meal and didn't ask as she was running by, she stopped, made eye contact, asked, waited for a reply from both of us. Well done! I ordered a 'make your own' calzone during this visit. The ingredients were layered right to left: ricotta on one side, vegetable additions in the center, mozzarella on the other side. Layering it like a pizza would have been a better approach so a little of each ingredient was in each bite. Oh well. Marinara sauce comes on the side and it is excellent. Light and well seasoned. My dining companion got the lunch sized chicken parm. The chicken looked very crispy, the way they like it, but it seems it looked more crispy than it was. Still, it was enjoyed and comes with a nice portion of spaghetti. The side salad that comes with the entrée was a very good size and I watched our waitress make it fresh at a salad station. Again, very nice! The decor is very laid back, booths and tables on two levels. There is an open kitchen where you can watch the staff make your meal and watch it cook in the huge brick oven. The restaurant was clean and the booth in good repair, and as I mentioned earlier, our waitress was excellent!
